We have a no refund and no exchange policy on all our items including gift cards.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

As we will try our best to ensure you receive your items on time, please expect delays as we use a third party courier which we are not responsible for their delays.
